“ Burgatory is a great place for a quick sit-down lunch, do the build your own burger it has a lot of options to make your burger your way and if it's too much they have a bunch of classics in the menu that will definitely do you justice. I definitely recommend the elk burger. Also they got a great list of apps and beers too! ”

“ This is probably the best Burgatory in the Pittsburgh area that I have visited! We opted to sit at the bar this round, and service was exceptional! They were out of Bison but pivoted to Elk burger with lettuce "bun" topped with bacon, cheese, and egg (FANTASTIC) and the fries are great witha side of queso...wow! Premium price, but this is a premium burger and a stout portion of food...you will crush your hunger and thirst (especially with one of the craftes milk shakes!). Great date dinner spot, and a fantastic stop for lunch or dinner before heading to the airport! Talks less than 15 minutes to get to the airport and hit the ticketing area for your flight (way better service and food than you can find at the airport!). ”

“ I’ve been to the North Shore Burgatory before and they were excellent as well. This location wasn’t any different; friendly and helpful staff, great food and excellent service. I had the Morty’s Steakhouse burger and my son had a build your own. We shared a Gorgonzola fry. All of it was excellent and filling. ”

“ A local chain specializing in Burgers, Shakes, and beer. I've never been to this outpost, so when shopping in the area, and in the mood for a burger, we decided to stop in. It's been a while and I do not recall them having the customization options that they now have. We took full advantage of creating our burgers, just the way we wanted them. I am a fan of Bison, and since they had that as an option, that's what I got. My companion got the beef and bacon blend. We played with the different buns, cheeses, toppings, sauces, and rubs. No one else is likely to have the same order as we got! We even went differently on the side with one of us getting the potato chips that are standard, and the other paying a bit more for the french fries. While the place was not busy, we came in right after a big party, so we did have to wait a bit for our food, but that was understandable. When it arrived, it was just the way we ordered it. The burgers are BIG and round and you had to hold on to them with two hands so they do not fall out of the buns. As it was we did not finish our meals. We really liked the flavors we picked. the chips were probably better than the fries, so when we come back we'll stick with them. Service was attentive and the price of a bit over 20 per person for the burgers is on the top end for a burger these days. We had water to drink, no beer or shakes. ”

“ My indulgences were at a premium, but their required indulgences at the close of the meal were none too steep. I thought they certainly must've grilled the entire papal bull in order to procure enough meat for my burger. The onion rings have to be one of the seven sacrileges and are excellent served en masse. Turning to the shakes (naturally), so my figure resembles that of friar Tuck set me off on a pilgrimage all my own. (Arguably one of the best ever.) Happily, as a committed Christian, I escaped Burgatory without having to do a whit of penance. I'm sure I will have to go out of my way to observe the ritual again on yet another glorious feast day. “ My wife and I grabbed lunch here on our anniversary trip to Pittsburgh, and we were blown away. Their selection of burgers is creative. The premium meat selections were succulent and prepared as ordered. Their house-made chips are the best I've had. Their milkshakes are so thick and fresh their giant straws could barely keep up. We cannot wait to eat here again! ”

By far my favorite burger joint, u can pick not only from specific items specified on the menu you have the opportunity to customize your own Burger! They do offer vegetables on the menu however it is limited and they do cater to specific allergies.They offer gluten free bun, if u want a bun. Also offer different meat options. Organic beef, to bison, waygu, elk. . Got to check them out! Find out for yourself, the ONLY disappointment was the in house chips lacked flavor, and the slaw was lacking flavor as well. The service was thorough, on point and great at explaining and answering questions. ”
